Equassure Residential grew out of our consulting practice during the real estate downturn. Having successfully guided developers and lenders through the complicated process of re-evaluating their portfolios and implementing a strategy to work out, reposition and then liquidate their distressed assets, we decided to put our skills to work to take advantage of the nascent recovery in 2012. Focusing on the LA metropolitan markets, we have identified key demographic and market trends that we believe create substantial in-fill development opportunities. Drawing on our proprietary underwriting model, we have identified target markets and are actively acquiring parcels and developing multifamily projects that meet our unique criteria.
